Welcome to the American College of Construction Lawyers Website

The ACCL is a national organization of lawyers who have demonstrated skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice, or in the teaching, of construction law, and who are dedicated to excellence in the specialized practice of construction law.

The College provides advanced professional workshops and educational programs to its Fellows and identifies and contributes to the solution of major construction industry legal problems. It is a collegial forum for the exchange and development of ideas by some of the most knowledgeable attorneys in construction law.

The official law Journal of the American College of Construction Lawyers is published by Thomson Reuters Publishing and may be ordered online here. The Journal is also on Westlaw, and issues may be viewed and searched in the Westlaw database ACCLJ. Published twice annually, the Journal's articles advance the reader's understanding of complex legal issues in the design and construction of our built environment. The Journal's articles contain original and innovative thought, and endure the test of time. Contact the Editor-in-Chief, Charles M. Sink, csink@fbm.com.
